Privacy Policy

DayVera collects the minimum needed to run the app. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

What we collect

What we do not collect

Where your data is stored

Your account and entries are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, who process this data on our behalf. Access is restricted at the database level so that an account can only ever read and write its own rows.

Sign-in codes are delivered through an email provider acting on our behalf, which processes your email address solely to deliver that message.

Stored on your device

Your sign-in session and your home-screen widget preference are kept on your device. If you add a widget, the schedule it displays is stored in a shared container on the device so it can render while the app is closed. Signing out clears it.

Deleting your data

Open Profile → Delete Account in the app and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and every entry attached to it — timeboxing, weekly plans, goals and check-ins, charts, and matrices. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Signing out on its own does not delete anything; your data is waiting when you sign back in.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our live systems immediately; residual copies in routine encrypted backups age out on our provider's normal backup cycle.

Children

DayVera is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
